Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what information KrushiOne uses when you use the app as a Farmer or a Service Provider, and why.
This page explains, in plain language, how KrushiOne works today. We will update it as the service develops.
1. Information you provide
When you use KrushiOne, you may provide:
- Account details: your full name, mobile number and password, and whether you use KrushiOne as a Farmer, a Service Provider or both.
- Location details: the farm or work location for a request, which you can set from your current location, a saved farm or a village list. Service Providers also set a service location and the area they serve.
- Request details: the service you need, the work details, the date and time, and any note you add.
- Listing details, for Service Providers: the machines, equipment or skills you offer, your prices and availability, and any photos or documents you add to a listing.
- Booking activity: the progress of each booking, any rating or comment you leave, and any problem you report or support message you send.
2. How we use information
We use this information to run KrushiOne, including to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Review listings and show approved listings to Farmers.
- Send a direct request to the Service Provider you choose.
- Show listings from Service Providers whose service area covers your location, with the approximate distance.
- Find Service Providers who serve your area when you use Quick Book.
- Show booking progress and in-app notifications to the Farmer and the Service Provider involved.
- Respond to problems you report and to support messages.
3. When information is shared
Before accepting, a Service Provider who receives a request sees the work details, the schedule, the village or area and the approximate distance—not the Farmer’s phone number or exact location.
After a Service Provider accepts, the Farmer and the Service Provider can see each other’s name and phone number in the booking while the work is active, so they can arrange it.
Farmers who browse listings can see each listing’s details and prices, and the Service Provider’s village and approximate distance.
If you report a problem with a booking, the Service Provider involved can see your report and respond to it.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments
Payment for agricultural work is settled directly between the Farmer and the Service Provider. KrushiOne does not collect or hold these payments.
5. Your choices
You can review and update your profile and listing details in the app, choose which notifications you receive, and use KrushiOne in English or Kannada. Your language choice is saved on your device.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KrushiOne develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through the channels listed on our Contact page once they are published.
