These terms describe how KrushiOne works and what Farmers and Service Providers can expect when they use it.

This page explains, in plain language, how KrushiOne works today. We will update it as the service develops.

1. Using KrushiOne

KrushiOne is a platform that connects Farmers with Service Providers offering agricultural machines, equipment and skills. The agricultural work itself is carried out by the Service Provider.

2. Accounts and roles

You can use KrushiOne as a Farmer or as a Service Provider. Skilled agricultural Workers use the Service Provider role. Please keep your account details accurate and up to date.

3. Listings

Service Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the machines, equipment or skills they offer. Listings are reviewed before they appear to Farmers. A review does not guarantee the availability, quality or outcome of any work.

4. Requests and bookings

Farmers can request a service in two ways:

  • Choose a Provider: the request goes only to the Service Provider you select.
  • Quick Book: KrushiOne searches for Service Providers who serve your area. It does not contact every provider, and a match is not guaranteed.
  • A request is assigned when a Service Provider accepts it. Not every request will be accepted, and a request that is not accepted in time expires.
  • A booking moves through these stages: Pending, Accepted, Work Started and Completed.
  • A booking can be cancelled in the app before work starts. KrushiOne does not charge a cancellation fee.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are set by each Service Provider, and availability depends on the provider and the service. Any amount shown in the app is an estimate—please confirm the final amount with the Service Provider before work starts. KrushiOne does not guarantee the lowest price.

Payment for the work is settled directly between the Farmer and the Service Provider. KrushiOne does not collect or hold these payments.

6. Responsible use

Please share accurate work details, treat each other with respect and follow safe working practices around machines and equipment.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as KrushiOne develops. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
